What are the differences between the CustomShield Multi-Pursuit and the AlphaShield Multi-Pursuit devices?

The biggest difference between the CustomShield Multi-Pursuit and the AlphaShield Multi-Pursuit is that the CustomShield is custom made to fit your ear. The AlphaShield is a universal fit. Also, the CustomShield MP, has the capability of volume control within each program, which the AlphaShields do not. Finally, the CustomShields have a slightly higher NRR (26.5 dB) than the AlphaShields (20-21 dB depending on tip selection).
