The biggest advantage to purchasing the premium, or 90 level products is that we have the ability to customize them to your specific hearing loss. So if the hearing in your left ear is worse than your right, they can be adjusted so you can hear more unilaterally. 60 technology is programmed for a “one size fits all” hearing loss.
Wind noise reduction in the 60 is very good, but in the 90, we've virtually eliminated all wind noise.
The 60 has a 12-band processor where as the 90 has a 16-band processor. The larger processor allows us to isolate and either enhance or suppress different points on a soundwave.
The 60 level uses beeps to tell you what program you are on. The 90 level gives you specific voice prompts.
