If I purchase a universal fit device and decide to switch to the custom fit, what is the process to do so?

We do offer a solution to upgrade from the AlphaShield to the CustomShield device. Upon the return of your universal fit device, we will refund that purchase. Then we will make a new purchase for the CustomShields so you are not pay for both devices.
