To return your device for refund, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. You must have an RA number for your return.
- Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your returned device.
- Returns must be postmarked or shipped within 30 days of original purchase.
- Devices must be returned in good working condition, with no signs of abuse or misuse.
- TETRA is not responsible for items lost in transit.
- TETRA cannot accept COD returns. COD packages will be refused.
- TETRA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCT SENT TO US WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
