Where do I mail my TETRA device for return?

To return your device for refund, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. You must have an RA number for your return.

  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt of your returned device.
  • Returns must be postmarked or shipped within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Devices must be returned in good working condition, with no signs of abuse or misuse.
  • TETRA is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • TETRA cannot accept COD returns. COD packages will be refused.
  • TETRA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCT SENT TO US WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
